We will undertake an extensive asbestos audit of the structures and provide you with a register pointing out the position of Asbestos containing materials within the structures and supply the management plan and ACM containing materials report.

Asbestos Registers

Asbestos registers are needed by Government legislation for all properties built before December 31 of the year 1989. They ensure that the location of asbestos containing materials is known and that a asbestos containing materials management plan is in place. Registers need to be be maintained for safety and legal purpose with 12 monthly updates needed if asbestos containing materials are located
